Ozel has manufactured its own jewelry since 1975, a trade that began in the workshops of the Turkish bazaar. Bring a sketch, a photo or an idea, and leave with a piece nobody else owns.
Sit down with a jeweler, not a salesperson. Budget, stone and metal are settled before anything is drawn.
A rendering you approve before a gram of gold is touched.
Cast, assembled and set by hand in this building, in 14k, 18k or platinum.
Polished, inspected and fitted to you in the showroom.

Repairs and sizing
Most jewelry stores send repairs out. Ozel's jewelers work in the showroom, so your piece never leaves the premises and simple jobs are often done while you wait.
Up or down, with the shank reshaped and polished so the join disappears.
Loose or missing stones matched and reset; worn prongs rebuilt before a stone is lost.
Broken links soldered, clasps replaced, tennis bracelets tightened.
Battery changes, band sizing and servicing for mechanical watches.
Ultrasonic cleaning and a professional polish to make an older piece read as new.
Bring in pieces you no longer wear. A jeweler weighs and evaluates them in front of you and makes an offer on the spot, with no obligation.
Use any bank card to calibrate your screen, then compare a ring you already own against the circle. For a gift, a quick measurement of a ring from their jewelry box is usually enough. When in doubt, bring it in and we will size it in the showroom.
Hold a credit or debit card against the screen, short edge along the bar, and drag until the bar matches the card's width.
Place a ring on the screen. The inside edge of the band should just touch the circle.

The right piece is the one you forget to take off. Ozel makes jewelry to be lived in, and stands behind it for as long as you own it.
Our story
Brothers Abraham and Joe founded Ozel in 1975 and still lead it. Their sons James, Jacob, Lucas and Greg grew up at the bench, and Greg now runs manufacturing as a master jeweler. When you buy from Ozel, the person who made it is usually in the room.
Abraham and Joe begin making and repairing jewelry by hand, carrying the craft of the Turkish bazaar to Southern California.
A second showroom opens in the High Desert, where Abraham still oversees the counter.
A third location on El Paseo, led by Joe, serves the Coachella Valley.
The 5,000 square foot flagship opens in Rancho Cucamonga, inside the Ozels Shopping Center the brothers designed and built themselves.
The next generation takes the reins, keeping every step of making and repair under one roof.

Honest, no-pressure advice.
A customer shopping for a 20th-anniversary necklace did not know where to start. Jacob walked him through everything, and he left with exactly the right piece.
Sized it within 45 minutes.
Gianna brought in two rings to be sized and had both back the same afternoon.
